Exhibition services

We will be pleased to prepare the best fitting booths and posters layout for your exhibition. In case of need we are able to provide also additional booth equipment, posteds and others.

Accommodation

In case of several-day congresses and conferences we will be happy to arrange for you accommodation in one of our partner hotels. Thanks to long-term cooperation we can guarantee bargain prices. In case of accommodation of larger groups we can also arrange transportation between hotels and conference centre.

Transportation

As necessary we will be pleased to organize transportation of participants not only within the framework of congress but also for associated social program.

Guided Tours

As a part of the social program we are able to suggest and arrange guided tours of cultural and historical sites in Prague or in the Czech landscape, including transportation and qualified guide.

Signposting and conference caption

According to your specification we can prepare signposting of the conference premises, perhaps even the signage within the premises of Academy of Science. Within the conference centre area we are able to project the conference program, list of sponsors or captions on the inner TV circle – exactly at your convenience.
